I am so excited to finally present to you my online art course!

It has truly been a labour of love, it has taken just over a year, and I have learned so much.

From learning everything about marketing a course, designing it, making landing pages, working out how to send out newsletters, sign up forms.

Then working out how to film it, how to edit the film, finding the best microphone for the job, speaking to the camera, speaking at all!!!!

I have to say that doing all this has honestly changed how I make art. Just watching myself overdoing a painting, carrying on way longer than I should, when it looked great ten minutes ago is a great lesson.

Watching myself pouring water from a bottle onto a painting unleashed an absolute tsunami of work where I kept it fast and loose and the resulting artworks are my favourites.

I found new art materials to use, and I sloshed to my hearts content, keeping moving, not getting stuck on one area and calling it finished before getting too finicky.
